Search and Replace a percentage of words in a file using Regex

Replace Some Words

A simple tool to let you replace a random percentage of Regex matches (e.g. words) with alternate text.

Regex	Case sensitive \b defines a word boundary so can be used to specify exact word matches
Replace Text	Text to replace matched expressions with
Percent	Percentage chance the a specific match will get replaced
Source File	A file containing the text to be replaced
Source Text	Text to perform the replace on
